Even though Ayda was raised in the Central Valley, she fits right in with her friends in New York City as well as her new home in DTLA. Ayda’s love of culture means she’s always on a new adventure – from wine tasting to art openings to any level of theater (she’s not shy of local theater) she seeks out and absorbs everything she can with the same energy she brings to all her passions. As an immigration lawyer she has proven, over and over she is passionate about getting it right to win the case for her clients.
As an immigration attorney in California – Ayda has written and filed appeals, briefs, motions and petitions with every branch in the immigration system. Prior to relocating to California, Ayda practiced Immigration Law in New York City, where she assisted clients from countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, among others. During her years in New York, she worked on obtaining various nonimmigrant visas including O-1A, O-1B, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-3, TN, J-1, as well as EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant petitions. Her work representing O-1 clients, chief among them artists and chefs in gastronomy blend together Ayda’s personal love of cuisine and her multicultural outlook at large.
When it comes to immigration law, Ayda is passionate and driven to find solutions and guide clients towards an approval. As an immigrant herself, she took years to get approved so she knows the impact a good immigration lawyer can have on your life. She welcomes calls from clients new and old – call her if you want answers!
