Alright guys, we’ve got a new regulation from USCIS that relates directly to the H1B lottery coming up this year. Basically, USCIS has changed the entire lottery around so that now there is a form which we’re going to be submitting which ranks you based upon your salary. Salaries for H1B are based upon your geographic area and your SOC code, that means the type of job you have. Rankings for salary tend to go level one, two, three, and four, with level four being the highest-ranking salary. Alright, all that’s important because most of the time H1B’s come into me with like level one, level two, level two+ salaries. I rarely see a level four salary come in the door for a new H1B. It’s just not common. So, this is kind of changing the whole H1B lottery on its head, which is, I think a little bit bad news. The good news is going to be that Biden should be canceling these when he comes in. We’re looking for the administration to cancel all regulations that are pending. We’ll update you, stay tuned.
